Do you think it makes any difference who "swipes" and is being swiped? I mean way back Ozzy Osbourne' son did a manga under like Dark Horse Comics but he was tracing Tite Kubo (Bleach) and it was sort of obvious and everyone knew he liked Kubo. But IIRC Kubo's reaction was more "WOW! I'm being swiped by OZZY'S kid...I'm actually flattered" -needless to say though, Dark Horse canned the project.
